1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the WilderBeach Resort website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Reservation and Payment
All reservations are subject to availability. To confirm a booking, a valid credit card or advance payment may be required. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for your stay and any additional services.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay. Specific booking packages may have different cancellation terms which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards other guests and staff. WilderBeach Resort reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest whose behavior is deemed disruptive or harmful without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
WilderBeach Resort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of WilderBeach Resort or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of India. WilderBeach Resort and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
